Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the
ricochetriches.com program. You agree that you have read and understand
this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the
ricochetriches.com program (the "Program") shall be subject to the
following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and
ricochetriches.com. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any
time by ricochetriches.com. Please review them from time to time since
your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified.
Your continued participation in ricochetriches.com after such
modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such
modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please
do not register to become a member of ricochetriches.com.
Terms
of Participation
I. Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must
provide accurate, complete and updated registration information,
including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
II. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, ricochetriches.com,
at its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may refuse to accept
applications for membership.
III. Members may not (i) select or use an Email Address of another
person; (ii) use a name subject to rights of another person without
authorization from that person; (iii) use a false or misleading name,
mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
IV. By signing up for the ricochetriches.com program, Member is
opting-in to receive other special offer emails from
ricochetriches.com. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may
click the removal links found in all emails sent out through
ricochetriches.com or you may cancel your account at any time.
V. ricochetriches.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any
time by the member. ricochetriches.com will only cancel/terminate a
membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with
the ricochetriches.com terms and conditions.
VI. Only one membership account per person is allowed.
VII. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all
benefits and privileges associated with ricochetriches.com. Any
positions held in participating Programs owned by ricochetriches.com
will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to
ricochetriches.com.
VIII. ricochetriches.com reserves the right to track Member's activity
by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity while on the
ricochetriches.com website for the prevention of potential fraudulent
activity.
IX. ricochetriches.com has the right, at its sole discretion, to
suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's
membership in and access to the ricochetriches.com Website and the
ricochetriches.com program. All Earnings may be cancelled at
ricochetriches.com's sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to
appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted
by ricochetriches.com.
X. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by
acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not
to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by
ricochetriches.com. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent
behavior of any kind.
XI. ricochetriches.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of
suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision
ricochetriches.com makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and
the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
XII. Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise
ricochetriches.com will result in immediate termination of your account
and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with
on a case by case basis.
XIII. Member's discontinued participation in the ricochetriches.com
program or failure to notify ricochetriches.com of any address (mailing
or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership
and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.
XIV. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are
applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only
participate in the ricochetriches.com program if and to the extent that
such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
XV. All branding, logos, graphics and ad copy contained within
ricochetriches.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such
content is expressly prohibited. ricochetriches.com provides members
with approved material for marketing within the member's area. The use
of the ricochetriches.com name in any domain name or email address is
also prohibited. Anyone found breaking the terms on the copyright
material will be immediately terminated and also may be subject to
legal action taken by ricochetriches.com.
XVI. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other
medium, content that is deemed damaging or slanderous to
ricochetriches.com and or its members will be terminated from
ricochetriches.com without notice. Depending on the seriousness,
ricochetriches.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
XVII. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in
the country in which you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any
income you receive from either ricochetriches.com or any program
promoted via the ricochetriches.com program.
XVIII. You, the member, is neither an employee nor an independent
contractor of the ricochetriches.com program.
XVIX. If a member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this
Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or
becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to
immediately discontinue participation in the ricochetriches.com program
and properly terminate his or her membership.
XX. Refund Policy: We have a 7 Day refund policy. Please refer to the Refund
Policy page on the
ricochetriches.com site for full explanation on how the refund policy
works and what warrants being able to receive a refund from
ricochetriches.com.
XXI. ricochetriches.com does not accept advertisements that
discriminate, or intend to discriminate on any illegal basis, or are
otherwise illegal. Ads containing nudity, adult language or sexual
content, drugs and drug paraphernalia, malicious script or code,
excessive pop-ups, frame-breakers or viruses are prohibited.
Advertising that promotes violence is not accepted. Advertising is not
permitted for hacking or cracking and tools that aid in copyright
infringement. Any adult content (sexually themed material) shall be
prohibited. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites
promoting the follow shall be submitted to ricochetriches.com:

Themed Material
- Discriminatory Practices
- Hate / Violence Sites
- Weapons Sales
- Pharmaceutical Sales
- Illegal Downloads
XXII. ricochetriches.com is a Marketing program, NOT an HYIP or
investment site. Nor do we offer any guarantee of financial gain from
any purchase made of advertising through our network. Members receive
(at the discretion of the site) a return of profits from advertising
sales depending on net sales.Management takes seriously any outside
advertising that implies that ricochetriches.com is a
investment vehicle or HYIP and therefore any member free or paid that
is proven to be soliciting others under the false impression of such
will risk having thier account terminated.
XXIII. ricochetriches.com REWARDS system is run at the sole discretion of the company owners. There is no guarantee that REWARDS will be earned on any given week. ricochetriches.com will make every effort to ensure the REWARD system is fair to all members, at all times. ricochetriches.com has the right to decrease or increase the overall REWARD Value at any time.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and ricochetriches.com in connection with general membership in the ricochetriches.com program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights. |
